In compliance with the relevant legal act Netlock Ltd., leading electronic authentication service provider in Hungary and Magyar Telekom concluded an agreement by which NetLock takes over Telekom authentication services “e-Szignó”, keeps all the documents and publishes the advanced and qualified Telekom certificates, revocation lists, statements. On the basis of Act L of 2009 on the order for payment procedure legal persons and parties with legal representatives shall submit requests for order for payment only electronically through the system of the Hungarian Chamber of Civil Law Notaries on a special form supplied with qualified electronic signature and qualified time stamp since June 1, 2010. In addition to the electronic way, private individuals may submit the requests in written or oral form further on, however registration in the system of Hungarian Chamber of Civil Law Notaries is needed even in this case.

As a result of the cooperation between NetLock and ECOBIT Ltd. electronic invoice issuing and keeping the issuer’s copy are available in Microsoft Dynamics NAV system. The new E-invoice module complements the basic services of Microsoft Dynamics NAV, can be wholly integrated into the enterprise managing system and substitutes the paper-based invoicing for electronic invoicing in harmony with the regulations. This application reduces costs of work, paper, printing, storage and postage as well as waste of time connected with delivery. Depending on the unique demands, installation of the E-invoice module takes 3–5 days.
Association for E-commerce, an organization of the Hungarian companies and experts for electronic – mainly Internet – commerce held a professional evening on the situation and market alternatives of electronic invoicing and authentication in Hungary. NetLock Ltd. together with its partner Ügyvitel Szolgáltató Ltd. held a press conference to show the results they have made with NetLock’s high volume document verification system and their future plans. The introduction of the system has already helped Ügyvitel Szolgáltató Ltd. to verify and store electronically as many as 1 700 000 authentic invoice copies so far in compliance with the regulations in force. The number of verified copies is expected to increase by 100 000 pieces on a monthly basis. Due to the current legal regulations any organization, obliged to store copies, can fulfill this requirement in electronic form only with the implementation of digital signature and time stamp verification solution. The cost-effectiveness of this solution depends on the different organizations and may total up to several million HUF.
According to the amendments of Tbj. accepted in 2006, private pension funds electronic returns must be submitted via Ügyfélkapu (‘Client Gate’) as of 1st January 2007. However our Pension package will be available in the future because it includes all the components necessary to electronic verification. The certificate included in the package also makes it easy to register at Ügyfélkapu.
The annual financial shortfall of the European Union is mainly due to organized VAT frauds. Independent Hungarian professionals see the solution of this problem in the introduction of invoice stamp services. The National Transport Inspectorate (KFF) has issued Hungary’s first driver’s digital tachograf card on 30th May, which was one of the approx. 37 000 cards to be issued in the future. The project has been realized by the deadline set by KFF.

The National Transport Inspectorate is replacing its analogue tachograph system, the role of which was to check the compliance with road traffic regulations, with digital tachograph system in road traffic. According to the agreement NetLock Ltd. in co-operation with Pénzjegynyomda Rt. will be responsible for the issue of the digital certificates on chipcards, which is necessary for the use of the system. The realization of the project makes the communication easier among drivers, operators and services / garages dealing with tachograph, moreover, the whole process is becoming more transparent for the transport of goods. By the introduction of this new system the possible availability of digital signatures is growing further.
