The above prices include the fee of the secure signing device (smartcard or token) and the authentication service. However, they do not include the notary fee of recording the Service Agreement (HUF 5-15,000 / occasion).

The prices of cryptographic devices (e.g. smartcards, card readers, tokens) depend on whether you apply for a certificate or not. If you need massive amounts of devices, ask for our special offer.

Timestamp service
The prices are for basic time stamping services.

Here you can find our optional services in connection with certificate application, identification, certificate renewal, etc.
- Budapest: 12.500 HUF + VAT the first half hour (longer period: 5.000 HUF + VAT / half our)
- Agglomeration of Budapest: 15.000 HUF + VAT / the first half hour (longer period: 5.000 HUF + VAT / half our)
- Out of Agglomeration: Specific agreement

Repeated certificate issuance due to the loss of private key
- Within one month for private individuals for the first time: free of charge
- Within one month for legal persons for the first time: 50% of the list price
- Over one month: 100% of the fee of certificate issuance
Payment information
The fees of the products and services have to be paid in advance in a lump sum.
Payment information on certificates, products and services
- Online payment by credit card: You can use our online payment system when you buy a certificate.
- Payment by bank transfer: Please pay the fee of the certificates, packages, devices, services on the basis of the pro forma invoice sent to your e-mail address after the order (and you will receive a normal invoice afterwards). If you cannot pay against the proforma invoice, please wait for the normal invoice. The proforma invoice accelerates the process of certificate issuance.

Information on invoicing
- Information on payment against proforma invoice:
Before payment please check the data on the pro forma invoice. If you find any discrepancy, please contact is as soon as possible but not later than within 15 days. We call your attention that if you have paid the pro forma invoice we can issue a zero sum invoice (requesting no payment) only with the data on the proforma invoice. If you request to change the data on the pro forma invoice (zero sum invoice) after payment or notice the discrepancy after 15 days, we charge 1.000 HUF (one thousand) administrative fee. - Withdrawal from the order: If the client withdraws from the order within 5 days from the confirmation and NetLock Ltd. has not yet delivered or prepared any device for the client we charge 5.000 HUF (five thousand) lump sum damage award without any further consequences.
