At software stored certificates the following guides and software are needed:

Turning software certificates generated by SHA1 providers to be SHA256 compatible:

The previously created software certificate may be converted to a provider able to use the SHA256 algorithm. The following software was made for SHA conversion. To use it, please follow the guide.

Certificates stored by smartcard or token

For certificates stored on chip card or token the following guides and install files are needed:

GEMALTO CLASSIC (TPC IM CC and IDClassic 340) CHIPCARD AND SIM SIZE CARD, GEMALTO USB READER, AND OMNIKEY CM USB READER

To install the Gemalto Classic TPC IM CC or IDClassic 340 card you need to have the following install package, and manual:

On 64 bits based Operating Systems - or if you are signing through Java - you will have to download their fix files and run those as Administrator. In these cases you have to configure Firefox to use C:\Gemalto\gclib.dll as cryptograpcic module.
